This 4th Generation MRCOOL Ceiling Cassette Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You’ll be sent: DIY 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers, two Remotes and two 25 ft. Installation Kits. A low-profile heating and cooling solution that doesn’t require ductwork or wall space, and fits discreetly in any space.
The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

  • Energy Efficient. This 2 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21 SEER efficiency rating.

  • Warranty. For added peace of mind, this condenser has a 7 years condenser replacement and 5 years parts warranty

    • Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16″ center – including pre-manufactured I-joists
    • Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
