Description
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Ceiling Cassette Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You’ll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 16 ft. Installation Kits. A low-profile heating and cooling solution that doesn’t require ductwork or wall space, and fits discreetly in any space.
The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

Condenser

- Warranty. For added peace of mind, this condenser has a 7 years condenser replacement and 5 years parts warranty

- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16″ center – including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
