Description
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, three 16′ Linesets, and three Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.
- Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F
- Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!
Air Handler, 12K BTU, Quantity 3
- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16″ center – including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
