Description
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, and three Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

- MRCOOL DIY 4th Generation 12K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler 230 Volt with Enhanced WiFi, DIY-12-HP-WMAH-230C25 (x3)

Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.
- Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F

- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
