Description
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 27,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler and two Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 3 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
- Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach -13°F

- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Out of Sight Design. This unit has low profile installation for out of sight heating & cooling.
- Worry-Free Installation. Easily install between all types of joists on 16″ center – including pre-manufactured I-joists
- Easy Air Filter Access. By activating the Elevation function on the remote controller (or smart controller), the filter panel will lower for easy air filter maintenance.
